Bill is responsible for establishing GreenPSF’s strategic direction, executing rapid growth, and providing legal counsel. A veteran entrepreneur and business manager, Bill has owned and operated a variety of businesses across the real estate, hospitality, food & beverage, transportation, and financial services industries. He began his career as a trial lawyer and evolved into a professional investor. Bill was a partner and founder of the Chicago-based law firm Portes, Sharp, Herbst & Fox, where he specialized in distressed real estate for large financial institutions. Most recently, he served as Manager of Golfland Management, Director of RMC Reinsurance Company, and VP of CJA & Associates.
Bill holds a JD from the University of Chicago, and a BA from Yale University.
Sheryl is responsible for overseeing financial management at GreenPSF, where she applies her banking skills to develop the company’s financial products and services. She has served as the managing partner in numerous real estate development companies and is a licensed business broker and real estate broker in the State of Illinois. Prior to her career as a professional investor and business operator, Sheryl was a banker for two decades at Continental Bank, N.A. (acquired by Bank of America). There she specialized in marketing and lending to international and multinational companies, metals and mining companies, and domestic private banking and real estate clients.
Sheryl holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin, and has completed graduate programs from DePaul University, University of Lausanne, and University of Chicago.
Greg is responsible for helping GreenPSF scale its sales, marketing, project delivery, human resources, and finance operations. Throughout his career he has worked extensively with middle-market companies as a management consultant and executive coach. For the past 30 years, Greg has owned and operated The President’s Forum, a forum for corporate presidents that is dedicated to finding, sharing and developing better management methods. During his tenure, Greg has presided over 2,000 advisory board meetings dealing with Chicago area companies ranging in size from $5MM to $4B.
Greg holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
Warren heads strategy and business development at Penton, a leading global business media conglomerate and early-stage investor in GreenPSF. He also leads the company’s Wealth Management, Commercial Real Estate, Waste, Sustainability and Aviation groups, audience development, communications, data sales, online auctions and international development.
Warren holds a BA from New York University.
Mr. Boulais is currently a General Partner at Apex Venture Partners. Mr. Boulais' area of investment focus is B2B software applications. Select investments include: CombineNet (acquired by SciQuest), eCredit (acquired by Fidelity Ventures), DIRTT Environmental Solutions [DRT], Enkata Technologies, IfbyPhone and RMI Corporation (acquired by NetLogic Microsystems). He is also a board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association, advisor to Hyde Park Venture Partners, advisor to Energy Foundry, a mentor for TechStars Chicago as well as an active personal angel investor. Prior to his investment experience, Mr. Boulais was a principal at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) in the communications, information and entertainment practice.
Mr. Boulais holds a MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Master and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
Mr. Juge has over 25 years of commercial and industrial real estate brokerage, property management, and investment brokerage experience. He served as the 2010 CCIM Institute President – the nation’s leading commercial real trade association. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute and is also a Senior Instructor from the organizations educational programs. Richard is an investor in GreenPSF.
Richard holds a BA from Tulane University.
Mike has 20 years of experience in consuming marketing and digital media. As Chief Digital Officer and SVP of Discover Financial Services, he leads the company’s online and mobile marketing, E-commerce, customer service, social media, community, and brand experience. Mike is also co-chair of The Digital Collective, a regionally driven, peer-to-peer exchange that facilitates best practices and fuels new and meaningful relationships among digital marketers. Mike is an investor in GreenPSF.
Mike holds a BA from the University of Delaware, an MM from Penn State University, and is completing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
Chris has 20 years of experience financing and operating businesses across a variety of industries. He currently serves as Chairman and President of Global Proppant Supply, a frac sands development and construction company and is also Vice Chairman of the University of Colorado Health. He is a former partner at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm specializing in growth equity and leveraged investments in partnership with management. Chris is an investor in GreenPSF.
Chris holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Todd has 20 years of business, IT, consulting and software leadership experience in the utilities industry. Throughout his career, he has led a variety of large, complex transformational projects at WE Energies, Xcel Energy, Commonwealth Edison, Duke (Cinergy), Centrica, Cobb Energy, National Grid (Keyspan), Enbridge, FortisBC (Terasen), and Direct Energy. His areas of specialization include customer care, regulatory, marketing, revenue cycle, systems integration, performance management, project and program management (PMO), quality assurance and smart grid. Todd is an investor in GreenPSF.
