Greg brings 16 years of energy engineering experience to GreenPSF, having spent his career developing and implementing demand side management programs (DSM) and strategies for utility companies and their business customers. He has over a decade of hands-on field experience identifying, implementing and verifying energy savings projects in commercial, industrial and institutional properties ‒ spanning the entire project life cycle, from the board room to the boiler room. He has also authored several studies on energy efficiency and onsite generation.
Greg holds a BS from Humboldt State University.
As Director of Operations, Beth is responsible for project management, customer support, and human resources. She also leads the company’s Governments & Utilities practice.
Prior to joining GreenPSF, Beth began her career in sustainability working for two clean energy start-ups: first as Director of Development and later as Director of Marketing at Clean Urban Energy, Inc. and later as COO and Co-Founder of QCoefficient, Inc. Each of these companies pioneered solutions for the smart grid and demand response.
Beth holds a BFA from the University of Notre Dame. She is also a Sommelier.
Bruce has spent his career building and growing businesses in numerous industries, including manufacturing, technology, energy, finance and retail. He works with inspired teams to create sustainable competitive advantage where opportunity, capital and talent meet. He has sat on all sides of the table, as founder, management, investor, board member and advisor.
Mr. Werner earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Public Policy with honors from Carnegie-Mellon University. Having earned an IBM Fellowship, he graduated from Stanford University with a M.S. degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Mr. Werner completed his M.S. Management degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Benny brings over 12 years of energy engineering experience to GreenPSF, having worked on a wide variety of high-impact energy efficiency retrofits throughout the Midwest. He has designed and implemented HVAC retrofits, commissioning, and retro-commissioning projects for dozens of marquee buildings in the Chicago Loop, as well as hundreds of financial services and retail properties. He has led large-scale LEED projects and also has extensive experience with implementing renewable technologies for buildings, including solar, wind, and geothermal.
Benny holds a BS from Iowa State University.
Micaela manages the database and site content, conducts market research, and provides client support. She also establishes protocols for reporting and analytics and develops product requirements for site platforms.
Micaela holds a BA from Northwestern University.
Chet leads the user experience design and front end development of GreenPSF. An expert and advocate of user-centered design, he brings a decade of experience creating websites and applications for nonprofits, professional associations, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. His passion for creating accessible, elegant solutions for users is only outweighed by his love of dogs, craft beer, and the banjo.
Chet holds a BFA from the Illinois Institute of Art.
